Tactile Balance Beam

The interlocking sections of this balance beam set can be linked in an array of creative paths. A tactile surface places emphasis on coordination and response to sensory stimulation. Durable plastic construction and rubber feet minimize slipping for added safety.

Multipurpose Sensory Experience

Raised bumps on the surface of each section create a sensory trigger experience as students walk across. These same bumps also provide slight grip, assisting students as they master balance. Sloping sides encourage balancers to challenge themselves naturally. Students can sense the slope as they step forward, allowing them to correct their footing quickly.

Safe and Stable Balance Challenge

Use the included pieces to create unique balance beam paths, tailoring activities for every age. Interlocking tab and groove sections will not separate when pushed or stepped on. Rubber feet keep each section stable and in place, even with multiple students on the beam.

Full Set includes 8 straight, 8 curved, and 4 corner pieces. Straight and curved sets are also sold separately. Straight pieces measure 19″L x 5-1/2″W x 2-1/2″H. The entire set weighs 27 lb.
