NutriPlay MyDay Set

Players slide their card to find their recommended daily food allowances based on gender, age, and activity level. Teammates then race to gather the servings from all 5 food groups. For example, a 7-year-old girl with moderate activity needs 1 fruit, 5 grains, 2 vegetables, 3 dairy, and 5 protein servings. The first team to gather its total wins!
