Fully-Functional Design

These two-way radios have a range of up to 25 miles. Choose what callers hear before speaking by selecting any of 20 call tones. Radios include 22 channels and 121 privacy codes for a total of 2,662 combinations. The scanning feature makes it easy to see which channels are already in use. Radios are compatible with other FRS/GMRS radios, so long as they’re on the same channel and code. An FCC operator’s license is required for operation on GMRS channels.

Weatherproof design withstands rain, snow, and other elements. Stay up to date with real-time weather condition alerts using one of the 11 weather channels. Radios also include a built-in LED flashlight for use during emergencies or power outages. Keep hands free by using the speakerphone/hands-free communication functionality.

Two Power Options

There are two ways to power the radios. Use NiMH rechargeable batteries (included) for up to 12 hours of battery life, or use three AA batteries (not included) for up to 29 hours of use. The NiMH battery recharges via mini-USB. A low battery alert lets you know when batteries are running low.
