Multipurpose Functionality

Use the multiple settings on this station timer for games, sports, and other activities. Set a time for it to count down to or let it count up to time the duration of an activity. Set the buzzer to alert the class or team when to stop an activity. There is also a setting that let’s CrossFit athletes focus on burst training. When set, the clock counts down from 10, giving students and players time to prepare the next move. The timer also buzzes once a minute for 5 minutes to signal exercise changes. You can also use the pre-programmed 20/10 Tabata function for high intensity interval training. When the timer is not in use, you can set it to the clock for easy time-keeping.

5″H numbers on this workout circuit timer are bright red, making them easy to see from up to 300′ away. Mount the timer to the wall to make it even easier to see it. Use the remote to control the timer from up to 120′ away. Program times, start/stop the timer, and more with the remote in hand. Recommended for indoor use only.
