All music in this set has built-in start and stop cues with coaching to make it easy to create engaging circuit training and fitness stations during PE classes. This CD includes suggested training station options including:

• 20-minute workout includes a 5-minute warm up, eight-station workout (1 minute on, 15 seconds off), and a 5-minute cool down.
• 30-minute workout includes a 5-minute warm up, a 16-station workout (1 minute on, 15 seconds off), and a 5-minute cool down.
• There is also an option for a continuous music medley, which just features music being played for 20 minutes.
