Skill-Developing Adventures

Depending on the design of your course, students will be able to develop key skills. Incorporate tight corners and add obstacles to the course to test students’ agility and dexterity. Lower obstacles require jumping and promote reflexes. Higher barriers make crouching necessary and require endurance.

Each cone has 12 holes that hold connector posts, allowing teachers to quickly set up obstacles that are applicable to any PE unit. Combine the course with other activities to build on foundational skills.
